What a glorious experience this was. Took my wife Jean for lunch here today and we were both very impressed. Neither of us can understand why we have not visited here previously. There are 2 set lunchtime menus and both are exceedingly good value. The service was excellent as was the food and the whole overall experience. We now view this as a hidden gem of Bexley and will be visiting it on a regular basis in future.
My whole family love this place.

We are regulars and booked for a large party of people for a 21st Birthday Party in January. We pre ordered mezes to suit our tastes and had a great evening. The restaurant was busy but the staff were attentive it was a great atmosphere and everyone loved the food.
Had the set lunch today. First time eating inside a restaurant for months and it felt very comfortable. Food excellent. Great service. Hand sanitiser at the entrance to the restaurant, tables well spaced apart and plenty of airflow through the seating area upstairs.
Ordered a takeaway and pleased to say that food was the same excellent quality as when dining in. Ambience not quite the same but food just as good
First time there for christmas day dinner and it was really great the staff worked very hard and we will be booking for next year well worth it and the food was great thank you to all the staff
Staff and service were excellent. We always eat out on Christmas day but this was our first Christmas at the Greek Taverna and we'll definitely be back. 10 out of 10. Thank you to all the staff.
My children brought me here for Mothering Sunday. The restaurant was so busy, but the attention was excellent.
I have Greek heritage and have been eating Greek food all my life. This restaurant comes closest to the great Greek food of my childhood.
We had the Meze, the best choice, a taste of everything, and the table was packed full of Greek goodies.
Dolmades (my all time favourite) were really awesome.
I have recently moved to Bexley and I stopped by the Taverna, i was greeted by Pavlo and made comfortable immediately. I had a beer and enjoyed the setting with greek decorations and music in the background. I have been there quite a few times since with my wife and she lives the service and the food as much as i do. A great place to eat and enjoy your environment!
First time here and we enjoyed it a lot tonight. Food was great and service too. Thanks to our waiter for the great service. We will be back very soon as we are locals and this tavern became our favourite in the list for me and my boyfriend 🙂
